we develop & produce awesome traditional confectionery inclusions on a grand industrial scale. Produced using traditional methods to give that crumble and crystallisation you can only get from real fudge. Everyday we create rich creamy toffees that slowly release those warm buttery undertones and childhood memories. Our honeycomb and cinder toffees allow for that lighter bite sensation that only these lattice like treats can provide. At Confection by Design, we're passionate about our famous fudge, toffee and honeycomb pieces we make for our food industry customers. It’s hard to beat the great taste of ice cream, but our considered range of fantastic inclusions can add enhance the flavour and texture profile whilst increasing visual appeal. We produce a range of honeycomb, toffee crisps and freeze-stable fudges, all of which can be either fat or chocolate coated for barrier protection. We have also recently launched a very successful range of coloured sugar pearls. In many ways we are one of Europes best kept secrets; behind the scenes we supply several global confectionery companies with our fantastic treats for inclusion in their products. Our toffee, fudge and honeycomb inclusions are supplied in a wide range of flavours, with each product having a unique and distinctive texture. For chocolate manufacturers we use our unique technologies to ensure that toffee, crisps and honeycomb products guarantee trouble free performance when deposited. We supply a range of bake stable toffee's and fudges which can be used for inclusion in bakery products for added flavour and texture. We can also supply toffee and honeycomb crumb products which can be used for dispersal in batter mixes to give great flavour delivery in every bite.
